Payment Guidelines

We are currently offering 2 payment methods as below:

1. Credit/Debit Card:

When you go to the payment page, you will be asked to provide some information relating to your card:

  • Billing information: cardholder's name, address, country, ZIP code...
  • Credit/Debit Card information: Card number, Expiry date, Security number CVV or CVC (usually on the back of the card)

For the compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) for your transaction, you will only provide the information over secured connection TLS/SSL.


When your transaction is already proceeded successfully, you will see the confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email after your payment has been validated and accepted.

In case of transaction failure, you will see the decline page, which may be slightly different depending on the reason of the rejection.

2. Pay by bank transfer

When transfering to our bank account, you will be asked for some information about our bank account. Please fill exactly the following information about our bank account:

After accessing the payment page, you have to fill in and send the following information to us:

  • Billing information: cardholder's name, address, country, ZIP code...
  • Card information: Card number, Expiry date, Security number CVV or CVC (usually on the back of the card)
  • The 3D secure code at the last advance of paying. It is a fixed secret password (generally called static mystery key or OTP, One-Time-Password) sent to your registered phone number.

OCBC Bank Account

After finishing transfer process, please send us a clear picture or screenshot of the bank transfer success, which includes our bank account information, your bank account information, the transferred amount and time of transferring.


Depending on your bank, the transfer page may be slightly different.

Please check the information you fill to make sure it is correct.

Payment will be charged in US dollars.

The payment will show up as Visa Online Services on your Bank Statement.
